Reentry coordination program

In 2016, CSS began providing Reentry Coordination services to Mono County inmates. Program services include assisting inmates with post-release needs such as substance abuse treatment, counseling, domestic violence prevention, DUI classes, and medical/dental appointments; enrolling inmates in health insurance and providing applications for other public assistance programs, such as CalFresh food stamps; and assisting inmates with employment, housing, identification documents, and other resources necessary for a seamless transition back into the community.
